The location was great, it allowed easy access to many places.
The room felt quite dated, almost like stepping back into another era, maybe even the 1970s. The carpets had visible stains, and the flooring felt uneven which I did not like. I also noticed there wasn't any tea or coffee in the room.

I enjoyed the great central location near euston station. The staff was helpful and friendly. the room featured a comfortable bed, and i slept well each night. i also liked the free hot drinks from the vending machine.

The location was great for sightseeing. Multiple transport options existed nearby. Breakfast was tasty and staff knew how to handle dietary requirements. The room was very clean and room service came daily.
Our room was at a lower ground level. Windows faced another room so opening them felt awkward. The room had no aircon. The room was too warm.

The location was great. It was just a short walk to many attractions. Breakfast was included. It saved me from having to find a place each morning.
My room was small. I barely had space to move around. Trekking up several flights of stairs with my luggage was not fun. The room decor felt very outdated. It could definitely use a refresh.
